Walter's Green Oat-Smoothie

Ingredients
2-3 food pouches
- 1/2 dl oats
- 1 – 1,5 dl water
- 1 spoon pumpkinseeds
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 banana
- 1/2 dl frozen green pies
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- Possibly a pinch of salt (not for small babies)
Cooking
- Cook porridge on the oatmeal, water and pumpkin seeds
- Mix the porridge and remaining ingredients to a smooth cream
- Dilute with a little more water if it feels too thick
- Fill up the food pouches
Keeps for a couple of days in the fridge or a few months in the freezer
