Walter's Green Oat-Smoothie

Ingredients

2-3 food pouches
  • 1/2 dl oats
  • 1 – 1,5 dl water
  • 1 spoon pumpkinseeds
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 dl frozen green pies
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • Possibly a pinch of salt (not for small babies)

Cooking

  1. Cook porridge on the oatmeal, water and pumpkin seeds
  2. Mix the porridge and remaining ingredients to a smooth cream
  3. Dilute with a little more water if it feels too thick
  4. Fill up the food pouches

Keeps for a couple of days in the fridge or a few months in the freezer
