Ingredients

Enough for 5 clamps
  • 1 dl sweet potato
  • 1 dl carrots
  • 125g frozen mango
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 orange
  • A wedge of lemon
  • 2 dl oat drink
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Take the mango out and let it thaw
  2. Boil the sweet potatoes and carrots until soft.
  3. Drain the water and mix with all the other ingredients.
  4. Mix everything
  5. Add oat drink to desired consistency
