Ingredients

Enough for 4 clamps
  • 1/2 packet of frozen mango
  • 1 1/2 dl oats
  • 1/2 dl water
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 watermelon

Preparation

  1. Tina frozen mango
  2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into your clamps

Lasts a few days in the fridge or a few months in the freezer.
